Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

I love working with members of the LGBTQ+ community. This includes both those who are struggling with their sexual orientation and/or gender identity or those whose identity is separate from their mental health difficulties. I also enjoy working with children and adolescents. I have experience with ages 5 and up, but prefer working with ages 7 and older.

I tailor my care to your individual needs. I believe that wellness is individual and means something different for each person. Using a holistic approach, we can meet your goals together. I am cognizant that it can be difficult to seek help, but I aim to make the experience as comfortable as possible.

I am passionate about mental health and have worked in the field throughout my nursing career. I have experience in inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization settings as well as with interventional services such as ECT and Spravato. In my doctoral program, I completed research focused on LGBTQ+ perinatal mental health.
