Are you looking for a change? Whether it’s ongoing mental health struggles, relational concerns, or if you’re just going through a difficult stage of life, I am ready to help. I work best with clients who are ready to talk and to try new things, to find what is going to make life work best for them.

I primarily use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Person-Centered, but also dabble in Narrative, Existential, and Relational Cultural theory. But above all that, our counseling session is your time, and I want to work together to use it whatever way is going to most helpful to your growth. I focus on building on the strengths you already have to help you live a life more in line with what you want and value.
