My ideal client is one who is willing to do the work to reach their goals. They have acknowledged that they need help and are able to accept the services. I don’t have a preference for diagnosis or needs, but I love working with clients that are ready to explore their needs by setting smart goals and journeying forth to achieve them.

I offer a holistic approach to treatment using evidence based methods and modalities that cater to the client and their needs. We will work together to identify concerns, set therapeutic goals and enhance overall wellbeing.
