I employ a theoretical approach that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing elements. I offer personalized treatment tailored to each client’s unique needs. My specialties include anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, life transitions, and stress management.

My therapeutic approach is supportive, patient-centered, and non-judgmental. I believe in the power of collaboration to set and achieve goals. My aim is to create a safe, welcoming environment where individuals feel understood and can experience healing.

My ideal clients are adults 18 and older seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment, or life transitions. They are interested in cognitive behavioral therapy and open to collaborating on their therapy goals. Additionally, they would prefer telehealth, as I primarily offer remote services.
